Responsibilities:

• With a focus on the Microsoft technology stack, be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that leverage Microsoft’s cutting-edge technologies, including Azure OpenAI Services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Bot Framework
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models that solve complex business problems
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop solutions that meet their needs
• Deploy AI solutions to production environments, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable, and secure
• Work closely with DevOps teams to automate the deployment process and ensure that solutions are integrated with other systems
• Optimize solutions and AI models to improve their performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with data scientists to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the model’s capabilities
• Mentor junior developers, helping them grow their skills in AI development

Skills And Experience:

• Experience with the following technologies required:
  • Microsoft’s technology stack including Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Search (Cognitive Search), and Bot Framework
  • Experience with AI development using machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing techniques
  • Event Driven Architectures and cloud services that support them (i.e., Azure Service Bus, Kafka, Azure Event Grid, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • ESoftware development including coding, testing, and debugging on the Microsoft technology stack including .NET (Core/6+), Entity Framework, C#, Typescript, MS SQL, Azure SQL
  • Prompt Flow and Evaluation Flow for testing/validating models
  • Azure DevOp pipelines (or any other CI/CD pipelines) and deploying solutions to production environments
• Experience with the following is considered an asset:
  • Data modeling and analytics, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Python and Azure Data Factory
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance
  • Ideal candidates will posses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business problems
