Senior Data Labeling Associate

Position Summary:

Liberty Source PBC is seeking a Senior Data Labeling Associate to train and help lead a team of Data Labeling Analysts in reaching client and organizational goals. This role requires a background in, or ability to learn, understand and train others in: data analytics, data research and financial terms across a broad range of businesses.

Position Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

Conduct quality checks and data validation in accordance with daily assignments and provide effective coaching/feedback as required
Assist with building long-term solutions that improve research, processes and data output, and drive optimal results
Collaborate with client and supervisors in delivering accurate & timely feedback for projects in pilot phase
Assist with the development of daily analyst assignments based on dynamic client priorities
Help identify process improvements and standards resulting in exemplary customer service to the client
Monitor team goals for performance to ensure deadlines are met
Promote adherence to company policies and procedures

Skills and Experience:

Aptitude for understanding and managing large volumes of data
Moderate level of leadership and operations experience
Experience in a production environment meeting required client metrics within defined deadlines
Process-oriented, with focus on effectiveness, efficiency, and organization; strong attention to detail
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in all MS Office products (strong in Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving techniques in a dynamic environment
