Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Freelance Trainer specializing in Generative AI, AI ML to join our team at EduRamp Learning Services Pvt. Ltd. As a Freelance Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to corporate clients, focusing on Generative AI, AI ML concepts and techniques. This is a freelance position. Trainings will be virtual or on site depending on the client need.

Qualifications And Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Generative AI, AI ML.
• Proven experience as a Freelance Corporate Trainer, delivering training sessions to corporate clients.
• Deep knowledge and expertise in Generative AI, AI ML concepts, techniques, and tools.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) principles.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLM) such as GPT-3, GPT-4, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training content to different audiences and learning styles.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Certifications or relevant degrees in Generative AI, AI ML are a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions on Generative AI, AI ML to corporate clients.
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in Generative AI, AI ML.
• Provide feedback and support to learners during and after the training sessions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new training opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of the training sessions.
