The Opportunity

As a Marketing Executive you are responsible for leading the execution of Everyday Rewards and Cartology strategy in our targeted 1:1 campaigns. This strategic partnership focuses on increasing customer engagement with our Everyday Rewards program through delivering best in class campaigns in collaboration with our clients to deliver against our annual media revenue target. You will be working in a fast paced environment with a team obsessed with pushing the boundaries to deliver best in class outcomes for our members and partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute data driven, direct marketing activities to grow customer value.
  • Execute a strategy that aims to build Cartology campaigns, across various channels
  • Delivering targeted Cartology campaigns that drive engagement with members to deliver on key business objectives.
  • Execute test and learn programs to trial best practice and leading edge campaigns and tactics to drive engagement.
  • Support Marketing Managers in delivering campaigns and effective management of key stakeholders critical to the delivery of effective campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, ideally working closely with supplier or category teams
  • Strong E2E campaign management skills with proven ability in managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Exposure to building connected omni channel customer journeys across digital owned channels
  • Understanding of Marketing automation and data flows required to build campaigns
  • Results driven with a passion for marketing always putting our customer first
