AI Architect

About The Role:

Impact you will make:

As an AI Solutions Architect, you’ll spearhead the development, and optimization of artificial intelligence across our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop and integrate generative AI solutions into our applications and platform, oversee our AI Trust and Quality Framework, and leverage AI to enhance our internal processes.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and implement RAG pipelines using Databricks AI and Azure AI tools
• Integrate LlamaIndex and LangChain to enhance data retrieval and processing capabilities
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize AI models and workflows
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions
• Continuously monitor and apply the latest AI advancements to enhance existing systems
• Collaborate on continuous improvement of the platform, including tech stack upgrade, cost optimization and compliance requirement
• Choose and communicate common approaches by selecting appropriate frameworks and crafting roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, product analysts, to gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Engineering, or Applied Science
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture, solution design, new product, and technology assessments
• AI infrastructure, application deployment, and operations knowledge
• Proven experience with Databricks AI and Azure AI tools, ML models and NLP
• Strong understanding of RAG pipelines and their implementation
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Demonstratable experience architecting both Brownfield and Greenfield environments, on-premises, and cloud
• Adept with agile software development lifecycle, DevOps principles, git and Kubernetes

What We Would Like To See:

• Proficiency with open-source models, LlamaIndex, LangChain and Hugging Face
• Expertise in infrastructure as code and automating production data and ML pipelines
• Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and Data Science teams
• Exposure to healthcare data
