About This Role:
We are expanding our team of AI specialists to leverage state-of-the-art generative models and enhance user safety across digital devices and the internet. Our elite team of AI engineers, sourced from prestigious universities such as UC Berkeley, Stanford, MIT, Charles University, and Czech Technical University, collaborates across our US and European offices.

We are looking for an AI Architectural Lead to join our AI research and innovation team, dedicated to protecting digital freedoms for our users worldwide.
What Will You Do in This Role:
- Lead the technical direction in integrating the latest AI advancements to benefit our users.
- Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies, including large generative models, multi-modal models, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision for digital safety.
- Establish and enforce best practices in AI across our projects.
- Set clear AI performance, accuracy, and reliability metrics, and ensure their consistent application.
- Develop and enforce robust AI safety protocols.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable systems for data handling, model hosting, and AI inference processes.
- Deploy AI solutions across multi-cloud environments and ensure their interoperability.
- Collaborate with diverse teams within the organization to develop and refine AI-driven solutions.
- Document and present AI project outcomes and insights to an executive audience.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:
- Proficient in developing and deploying industrial-scale AI solutions.
- Skilled in using modern AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT, Gemini, LaMDA, LangChain, Vertex AI, and SageMaker.
- Experienced with major cloud services like GCP, AWS, etc.
- A strong analytical thinker with a passion for learning and transforming ideas into reality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Large software project experience with multi-threaded, multi-process distributed computing environments and correct Software Engineering practices
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Bash, GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, continuous integration, package deployment and dependency management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and digital safety concepts such as threat detection, scam detection, social engineering, incident response, identity management, etc.
