Who are we hiring?

MSG is looking for an AI Artist Engineer to join a groundbreaking core technology department based in Los Angeles. This role is an AI Artists working under the SVP of Core Technology to expand and optimize our AI toolset for our experiential content creation, as well as close collaboration with our internal VFX team and external vendors.

Sphere Venues require an extreme level of integration between disciplines, as such the LA Post-Production team desires out-of-the-box thinkers, creative problem solvers, and excellent collaborators with cross-disciplinary experience and a holistic approach to pipeline development.

What will you do?

• Create and develop visual assets using AI and machine learning techniques to enhance and innovate artistic designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered creative solutions for visual content.
• Utilize AI tools and algorithms to generate and manipulate images, animations, and visual effects for various platforms and projects.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into artistic processes and workflows.
• Experiment with AI-driven tools to explore new possibilities and push the boundaries of artistic expression.
• Optimize AI-generated content for performance and quality across different devices and platforms.
• Work closely with the AI engineering team to provide feedback and insights on the development of new AI tools and features for artistic applications.

What do you need to succeed?

• Minimum of 4 years at a VFX Facility
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with AI for content creation.
• Advanced knowledge of stable diffusion techniques
• Advanced knowledge of set extension techniques using AI/ML
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take criticism, and work under high pressure with tight deadlines.
• Good problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members across different disciplines including directly interfacing with stakeholders to understand requirements

Pay Range:

$118,000—$160,000 USD
