AI Business Process Architect

As an AI Business Process Architect with TeamRoehl, you make a difference by designing, developing and implementing innovative AI business process solutions that provide value to Team Roehl. You will create effective business process architecture that provides the business foundation and roadmap for the Roehl AI technical solutions. You will be responsible for understanding and modeling business processes, identifying gaps, opportunities and critical points of emphasis for streamlining automation points.

As an AI Business Process Architect at Roehl, you will

Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to understand business processes and opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Build business process models that represent the current Roehl business processes and the improved processes with optimal use of value-added AI solutions.

Research and recommend appropriate packaged AI solutions that fill in process gaps and provide complementary value to Roehl business processes and system architecture. Assist in evaluating the viability and ROI of the vendor solutions, as well as overall vendor reliability and risk.

Communicate findings and solutions clearly to all stakeholders, maintaining high ethical standards in data usage and AI applications.

Recommend process changes and create a change management roadmap, including business process changes and necessary technology implementations.

Closely collaborate with product managers regarding business changes and objectives to ensure alignment with organizational and information technology strategy.

Align development and implementation delivery with IT PMO processes.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, AI, and related technologies.

Lead the business-facing portion of the deployment of advanced data products and AI solutions inside of Roehl business processes.

Prototype AI models to address client needs, ensuring the integration of AI solutions into business processes for optimized performance.

Identify processes that utilize sensitive data and work with security analysts and IT engineers to remediate any unhandled sensitive data within Roehl processes.

The Experience:

This is a senior-level opportunity. This generally means that you have:

• Expert business process modeling skills
• Understanding of AI technologies; excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in designing AI business processes
• Experience working interactively with business stakeholders to gather business process requirements
• Project management experience, including implementing business process changes
• Significant experience in Technical Vendor Management and Evaluation
• Understanding of Application, Data and Security Architecture
• Understanding of basic data governance practices
• Understanding of Agile development practices
• Understanding of secure data handling practices
• Visio experience, highly preferred
• Experience working with large language models highly preferred.
• Experience working with computer vision models preferred.
• Experience in Azure DevOps a plus
• Experience with Microsoft 360 and Microsoft Fabric a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot a plus.
• Understanding of relational and dimensional data models and metadata practices a plus
• Experience in the transportation industry a plus.
