AI Consultant/ Data Science Specialist

You will develop innovative concepts and solutions around the following topics: Data & AI strategy, AI ambitions/goals, AI operating models, data culture, change management, AI project management, data architecture, AI platforms and benefits of AI.

As an AI Specialist in our product development organization, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our AI strategy. You are responsible for developing and integrating advanced AI solutions that are tailored to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI technologies into our products.
• Develop machine learning models for data analysis and prediction specifically designed for the social care sector.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure our AI solutions are effectively integrated and create value.
• Conduct research projects to evaluate new AI techniques and their applicability in the social care field.
• Present progress and outcomes to company leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data protection policies in the development of AI applications.

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PhD is advantageous.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in AI strategy consulting or in a comparable internal role in a corporate environment
• You have extensive experience in the practical application of various consulting methods (e.g. business model design and transformation, change management, process design)
• You have a comprehensive understanding of and interest in current trends in the areas of data science and AI, as well as their strategic implications
• You have strong written and spoken communication skills (German and English)
• Strong experience in the development and implementation of machine learning and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in the social care sector is a plus, but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
