AI Content Marketing Specialist

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will leverage AI tools to create and optimize engaging content that enhances our brand visibility, engages our audience, and supports our marketing objectives.

What You’ll Love Doing:

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. Use AI tools to generate high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including articles, social media posts, blogs, case studies, newsletters, and graphics.
  • AI-Powered Content Optimization: Utilize AI technologies to analyze and optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement. Continuously improve content based on data-driven insights.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media platforms using AI tools for scheduling and performance tracking, ensuring consistent and effective communication that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Video Production Oversight: Oversee video production projects, particularly customer stories, from concept to completion, utilizing AI tools to streamline production processes.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research using AI-powered tools and analyze data to inform content strategies. Generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on AI analytics.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and video production.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analysis (e.g. ChatGPT, Grammarly, HubSpot, Midjourney, Descript, Artiist etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with video production and project management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • HubSpot Marketing Software certification (desirable).
