How you’ll be impactful:
Ingenio is actively seeking a proficient AI Manager (Consumer App Business) to enhance our team. As an AI Manager, you will carry out the development, strategic execution, and evaluation of AI and automation initiatives. Your role will involve a deep understanding of business dynamics, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the adept application of AI technologies to tackle intricate business challenges. Your mission will be to harness AI and automation in practical ways to augment value and elevate app performance. This role at Ingenio not only requires technical acumen but also a visionary approach to transforming business through AI, aligning with Ingenio’s core values of innovation and impactful change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate closely with business sponsors and relevant stakeholders to grasp operational nuances, challenges, and avenues for growth, with the goal of driving strategic, impactful transformations.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to app development within Ingenio, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Make informed decisions on whether to develop AI solutions internally or procure them externally.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of AI initiatives, considering financial outcomes, technical requirements, and overall business impact.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams to foster a deep comprehension of AI’s potential and strategic deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Python
- Proven experience as a developer in a previous role or roles
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks
What you’ll need to be successful:
- A Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. An MBA or similar advanced degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proven professional experience in utilizing AI, Machine Learning, and other cutting-edge technologies to resolve complex business issues and deliver quantifiable outcomes.
- Significant experience in both technical roles and product management, capable of leading initiatives from conception through to completion.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, enabling you to operate independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- An innovative and agile problem-solving ability that helps navigate through uncertainties swiftly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to secure stakeholder engagement, align diverse teams, and articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Startup experience is a plus.

Pay Transparency:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$185,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
