AI/ML Engineer

As the very first AI/ML Engineer at The Hub, you will play an absolutely pivotal role in integrating of AI technologies into our product, starting with Large Language Models (LLMs) and advancing to the deployment of intelligent agents. This role involves working closely with the Engineering team, exploring and launching new AI features, and sharing insights to help upskill the broader team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI at The Hub, driving our vision and creating value for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Innovate and Experiment: Explore, build, and launch initial AI experiments focusing on infrastructure, LLM models, prompt engineering, and prompt management.
• Pipeline Development: Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for seamless integration into the existing product infrastructure.
• MLOps Implementation: Establish robust MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Best Practices: Establish and document best practices for AI/ML development and share knowledge with the broader team.
• Research and Development: Research and explore new AI/ML technologies to identify opportunities for advanced feature development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.

Who You Are:

• Strong background in AI/ML with hands-on experience in integrating and deploying AI models, particularly LLMs.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with AI APIs and tooling.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, model optimization, and production-level deployment of AI models.
• Proven experience in developing and launching AI features in a production environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
