AI/ML Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and develop targeted customer product solutions to improve our delivery and services capabilities.
- Defining AI-ML business requirements and developing actionable learning plans.
- Synthesizing data, evaluating performance, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative analyses, be able to explain solutions to customers with the assistance of the coordinator.
- Develop and implement AI solutions to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Develop predictive models and apply machine learning algorithms to generate actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate and monitor AI models’ performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of AI solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies.
- Conducts feasibility studies for evaluating AI solutions for cost and expected benefits.
- Work on process design (including scenario design and defining support procedures, in collaboration with the ML/AI Coordinator and leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with cloud platforms and big data analytics tools is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of business fundamentals – roles of various departments in the organization: marketing, sales, manufacturing, business management, OT service delivery, and engineering.
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing concepts/market research.
- Superior computer skills including AI-ML fundamentals.

Education And Experience:
- This role requires a strong aptitude in analytics, data management, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, expertise in ML/AI, and statistical methods, as well as 3 to 5 years of success in business analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
- Experience with cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform)

Pay is in the range of $106,152 – $169,024 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
