AI Operations and Systems Administrator

As we continue to expand our operations, we seek a talented and experienced Systems Administrator to join our team and to play a crucial part in managing our AI operations, overseeing project management initiatives, and ensuring the seamless administration of our VoIP phone system.

Your Responsibilities:

  • AI Operations Management (50%):
  • Oversee and maintain the deployment, monitoring and optimization of AI systems
  • Collaborate with AI development teams to ensure efficient integration of AI technologies into existing systems
  • Implement best practices for data security, privacy and compliance in AI operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and addressing concerns
  • Click Up and 8×8 Phone System Administration (10%):
  • Manage the administration and maintenance of the VoIP phone system
  • Manage the administration and maintenance of ClickUp platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the VoIP phone system and ClickUp promptly
  • Implement updates and upgrades to enhance system performance
  • Technical Support (15%)
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to AI systems and the VoIP phone system
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures
  • Project Management (25%):
  • Lead and coordinate projects related to AI implementation and system enhancements
  • Develop project plans, set timelines and allocate resources effectively
  • Collaborate with Elise AI and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

What We Require:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
  • Proven experience in AI operations and technical support
  • Strong proficiency in administering VoIP phone systems, particularly 8×8
  • Experience with ClickUp Project Management Software
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Job location is based at Scion’s Chicago corporate headquarters.
