AI Operations Associate – Quality

Job Description:

We are seeking an AI Operations Associate – Quality to lead Quality Review for our LLM training data. This role requires existing experience with LLM Quality Review, exceptional linguistic skills, exceptional attention to detail, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in an LLM in a demonstrated leadership role is mandatory.

The candidate must be able to maintain EST working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Quality Review: Implement rigorous quality control measures to assess the accuracy and relevance of training data we provide to clients. Conduct detailed audits and provide feedback for continuous data improvement.
• Linguistic Analysis: Apply your linguistic skills to evaluate the nuances of language data, including syntax, semantics, and phonetics etc.
• Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements in data Quality Review workflows to enhance data quality and data production efficiency.
• Prepare detailed LLM training linguistic workflow documents (Style Guides) for different types of data we provide
• Training: onboard and train LLM trainers and QAs to different client workflows
• Act as a linguistic advisor to support client model development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Language Studies, or a closely related field.
• Experience in a leadership role in the LLM Data Training projects.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically with linguistic data or in the field of computational linguistics.
• Strong understanding of linguistic principles and their application to AI technologies.
• Experience with LLM training.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex linguistic concepts to non-specialist audiences.
• Native English speaker.
