AI Project Manager

As an “AI Project Manager (f/m/x)” you will be part of our Content team. What make our team unique is diversity – We come from various cultural backgrounds and have different hobbies, but we share a common passion for SEO, content, and technology. The goal of the position is to work on AI content integration, implementation and optimization. We want to ensure that all product content in our D2C shop is generated through automated AI processes. What you will do:

  • Identify content needs and leverage AI-powered tools to create opportunities
  • Lead the implementation process of AI-supported tools as a strategic initiative
  • Analyze, develop, and integrate AI processes in coordination with key stakeholders (e.g. Product, Content, Data and Marketing)
  • Embrace adaptability, continuously learning new AI technologies and methodologies
  • Raise awareness and drive the company’s AI vision through content strategy development

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Digital Transformation, Data Science, or related field
  • Prior experience in AI, e-commerce, SEO content integration, SEA or project management
  • Understanding of content creation processes, ideally including SEO/SEA and writing skills
  • Basic proficiency in Python; interest in machine learning and API connections preferred
  • Ideally solid experience in prompt engineering as well as the passion for designing, documenting and testing solutions in the quickly changing AI environment
  • Strong project and time management skills, utilizing project management tools effectively
  • Analytical mindset to tackle challenges in AI content integration
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration, understanding project requirements, and presenting findings
  • Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus
