What We Expect:

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of our software solutions to fashion industry clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, Graphic Designer, AI modeling teams, to coordinate project timelines, manage resources, and maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end delivery of software solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with Engineers, AI modelers, and development teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project status and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our AI avatar models and their applications in the fashion industry to effectively support project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven minimum 3 years experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role within the SaaS industry, preferably in fashion or retail sectors.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, and their integration into software solutions.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g, Agile, Scrum).
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
