Your role:

Fundamentally, we’re looking for someone to research the digitisation of process projects. We are digitising a large number of business processes so we’re looking for someone to pioneer our research.

We expect that you’ll be designing quantitative surveys that mirror the “thinking” process as well as creating qualitative interviews to have with business founders, leaders, managers and specialists to identify processes and user journeys. You’ll also be a strong analyst who’s capable at distilling actionable insights that will be used for innovation.
