About The Role:

In this role, you will:

• Own: Take ownership of designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions to enhance our retail and restaurant experiences.
• Define: Define project requirements, objectives , and success criteria for AI initiatives.
• Develop: Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, models, and systems to drive business insights and improve customer experiences.
• Deliver: Deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions that meet business needs and objectives .
• Communicate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively.
• Design and implement AI solutions to improve customer experience, including personalized recommendations, virtual assistants, and intelligent search functionalities.
• Develop and deploy AI models for demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with the data science team to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and use machine learning to inform business strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and incorporate new AI technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and systems.
• Conduct A/B tests and deploy machine learning models at scale, ensuring they operate reliably in production environments.
• Document AI processes and models, and provide training and support to team members on leveraging AI tools.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.
• Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, natural language processing (NLP), neural networks, or machine learning.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch , or scikit-learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:

• A passion for AI with experience developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
