Ai Solutions Architect

Parsons Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level AI Solutions Architect to join our innovative team, focusing on Infrastructure Engineering, Public Realm Design, Project Management and Construction Supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that optimize and enhance our business operations. You will work on a variety of projects that leverage AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making processes across different departments, particularly in the Middle East (UAE/KSA).

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Tool Development: Design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions to enhance various company processes.
• Data Analysis: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train AI models for diverse applications.
• Model Training: Develop and train machine learning models using relevant algorithms and techniques to achieve high performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand requirements and integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply innovative techniques to improve tool performance.
• Deployment: Ensure seamless deployment and integration of AI tools within the company’s infrastructure.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, processes, and results for future reference and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and architecting AI and machine learning solutions.
• Proven experience in developing AI and machine learning models.
• Experience in the construction industry or related fields is a plus, but not required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with large data computation technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Flink.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Skills in developing and integrating APIs for AI solutions.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
