Conversational AI Solutions Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Conversational AI Solutions Manager to lead and coordinate all efforts aimed at ensuring client success and driving increased adoption of our conversational AI technologies and services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of customer-facing and technical expertise, enabling them to engage with top-tier executives as well as IT engineers. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success and shaping the future of autonomic and cognitive solutions on a global scale with our valued customers. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual ready to develop and execute strategies on a quarterly basis.


  • Develop project strategies by analyzing client’s strategic business drivers, validating business and technical requirements, advising clients on potential solutions, gathering input from subject-matter experts, and crafting proposals.
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved by communicating team deliverables, monitoring project progress, managing team and individual contributions, conducting implementation reviews, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Establish and measure metrics to validate project solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Technical Operations and the business, fostering strong communication and coordination across functions.
  • Manage client expectations by nurturing and expanding relationships, communicating project status and issues, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for engagement additions and extensions.
  • Demonstrate strong people management, customer interaction, process management, and project management skills.
  • Maintain a proven track record of delivering projects and products on time.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in IPsoft services and project delivery.
  • Facilitate internal and customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations in collaboration with partner resources.


  • Familiarity with Technology Management Standards such as ITIL, ISO, and eSCM.
  • Knowledge of process methodologies such as Six Sigma, Prince2, and PMBOK preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business-oriented role, including technical project management.
  • Formal project management training and experience with Project Level Reporting are advantageous.
