Enterprise Gen AI Architect

As an Enterprise Gen AI Architect, you will be instrumental in building and managing the Gen AI infrastructure within Kiteworks. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-departmental collaboration. You will be responsible for supporting third-party technologies that constitute our infrastructure and consulting with multiple departments to develop and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to their unique needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and manage the private Gen AI infrastructure to meet Kiteworks’ strategic objectives.
• Provide expertise in AI technology and infrastructure, supporting and managing third-party AI tools and platforms.
• Work closely with departments such as Product Development, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to understand their needs and develop AI use cases.
• Guide the implementation of AI use cases, including the development of process and technology workflows. Ensure these workflows are efficient, scalable, and align with the specific objectives of each use case.
• Prompt and collaborate with engineering teams to meet the objectives of AI use cases, ensuring technical feasibility and timely execution.
• Lead the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring they align with departmental goals and company-wide strategies.
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI technology and evaluate their potential impact on our business.
• Develop best practices for AI deployment and usage across the organization.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance AI literacy within the company.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the AI infrastructure is robust, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.

What You’ll Bring With You:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI architecture, particularly in designing and managing AI infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of various AI technologies and their application in a business context.
• Experience with AI platforms and third-party tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
