Finance Operations Specialist

As we continue to grow, we’re now looking for a dedicated Finance Operations Specialist who is ready to dive into the financial and administrative aspects of our business. This role offers a great opportunity to deepen your skills and knowledge in financial administration, gaining comprehensive insight into the workings of a company’s financial operations.

Your Role:

• Managing the invoicing process and supporting the sales teams in related queries
• Managing Accounts Receivable
• Coordinating expense claim management
• Maintaining sales and project related data in our NetSuite ERP
• Producing operational and management reports

Qualifications for Success:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• A degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
• Full professional proficiency in English
• A strong ambition and proactive approach to enhancing processes, policies, and operations
• A preference for working in a dynamic environment

Location:

This position can be based in Helsinki or Turku, with a flexible, hybrid working model accommodating remote work options.

We have a transparent role level and salary frame at Silo AI. Financial Operations Specialist role takes place in Business-2 role level with salary range of 3100-4100€ per month. The final salary negotiation takes place during the recruitment process and may vary depending of the final role description and the competence of the employed candidate.
