Job Overview:

Keyrus is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our LATAM team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and generative AI, combined with exceptional soft skills to translate complex business requirements into effective AI solutions. This role involves both pre-sales and delivery responsibilities, requiring a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive innovative projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

• Client Engagement: engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Solution Design: develop tailored generative AI solutions and present them to clients, highlighting their value and potential impact.
• Technical Demos: create and deliver compelling demonstrations of generative AI capabilities to showcase Keyrus’s expertise.

Delivery:

• Model Development: design, develop, and implement generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformers, tailored to client requirements.
• Project Management: lead and manage AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Client Communication: maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to ensure satisfaction and project success.
• Training and Support: provide training and support to clients and internal teams on generative AI technologies and best practices.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Research and Development: stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
• Optimization: continuously optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Thought Leadership: contribute to Keyrus’s thought leadership by publishing articles, presenting at conferences, and participating in industry forums.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: minimum of 3-5 years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a focus on generative models.
• Proven experience in both pre-sales and project delivery roles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Experience with GANs, VAEs, transformers, and other generative model architectures.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI models.

Soft Skills:

• Business Acumen: ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reinforcement learning and its integration with generative models.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Publications or contributions to top-tier conferences and journals in AI and machine learning.
