Head of AI, Data and Architecture

The world of transport and logistics is rapidly transforming into a sustainable Ecosystem and at Scania we are facing the biggest shift in our history. Our target is to take a leading role by introducing new tailor-made products, services and sustainable transport solutions. Besides a whole new product range this will change the way we do business and interact with our customers.

You will as Head of AI, Data and Architecture be responsible for our AI and Data driven architecture section as well as being responsible for the teams that evolves and manages the main architecture regarding our Customer Digitalization, handling Customer Master Data Management globally and on top of that drive the AI development and realization for our Digital Services.

Some of your daily work will include:

• Work close to customer to understand their needs, drive innovation at the same time as the daily operation with uptime of 24/7.
• Drive transformation through Vision, Mission and Strategy for the area.
• Continuously empower, engage and develop your management team. Coach and lead your section consisting of three groups focusing on AI, Data Driven Architecture and Customer Master Data Management.
• Work in the management team for Customer Digitalization within Scania.
• Work cross-functional in the Scania Organisation to drive your area forward.
• Embed processes and routines for Data Privacy and Security in the Development Organization.
• Balance business value generation with ethical and sustainability aspects of AI.

Your profile:

You have a background and solid knowledge in Digitalization focusing on AI and Data architectures. You understand the technologies that are in use and can guide and inspire your team. You have a good knowledge in AWS, Data Mesh- and Cloud architecture. You follow closely the development within the area for AI to constantly find new opportunities to transform our Business.

You strive to improve your way of leading yourself and others. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. You are a good coach for people and understand how to lead through others by building the right culture.

You have a deep understanding of the agile manifesto and what it truly stands for. You setup teams with diversity to maximize their value. You have a strong Drive in your personality and wants to make a change!
