What’s the Role?

As Leading our AI Engineering team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the technological foundation of ImpactAI. You will serve as the go-to AI visionary and architect, building and leading a team of passionate engineers, discovering new AI-based products, and driving the implementation of Generative AI solutions within enterprises.

What Are Your Responsibilities?

• Assemble and lead a stellar tech team, crafting the future of Generative AI.
• Discover and develop innovative AI-based products and enterprise solutions.
• Be the beacon of knowledge and the go-to advisor for high-level decision-makers.
• Workshop and manage current and new internal product developments.
• Foster an environment where creativity and expertise merge to create solutions that resonate with our customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Leadership Experience: 3+ years in high-energy environments like startups or service companies.
• Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge in Data Governance, Engineering, and Data Science.
• AI Mastery: Practical experience with the Generative AI tech stack to solve real-world problems Including:
• Experience in end-to-end Machine Learning implementation
• Most popular models (private and open source)
• Data pipelines (e.g., Databricks)
• Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone)
• Orchestrators (e.g., LangChain)
• Cloud providers (e.g., Azure)
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to lead diverse and virtual product teams.
• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of enterprise complexity and a knack for collaborating across company boundaries.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A mindset that’s customer-focused and eager to innovate.
• BONUS: Fluency in German and willingness to relocate to Cologne or Stuttgart are considered a plus.
