We are currently recruiting for a Head of Data & AI Transformation to join our established and experienced CIO team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role:
Here at RSA we are on a journey to accelerate data driven decision making and AI capability. The Chief Data Office is responsible for maximising the value and impact of data in a highly governed way, and implementing solutions that support our commercial goals. You will be utilising Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to develop new products, improve productivity, and enhance risk management responsibly.
Your role will be responsible for defining and articulating a comprehensive data implementation roadmap and operating model, defining how we will unlock value from data and AI. You will establish a scope and prioritisation of data and AI strategies with clear plans for business outcomes and benefits, whilst aligning to Data and AI operating Model governance across RSA and the wider Intact group. Your role will work in collaboration with functions across the business to create a comprehensive AI transformation strategy and drive AI awareness.
You will be a advocate of Databricks and other data technology solutions to provide technical knowledge and drive adoption. You role will advise on data management solutions and be a part of data architecture reviews, whilst introducing Hub and Spoke models for data.
About You:
You will be experienced in data strategy and the implementation of new Target Operating Models, including case development and benefit realisation, with ideally Azure based architecture in an Agile delivery.
You will have end-to-end data lifecycle management with experience in Master data management, Meta data tooling, and quality and privacy Data cataloguing.
Experience with Databricks will be essential for your role, and ideally with knowledge of the insurance domain. You will have experience in Data Culture practices, Data Academy and Data literacy.
