About This Team:

In-house team focusing on development and customization of IVR applications for Financial Institutions and Banks

What You Will Be Doing:

• Understand business requirements and translate to architecture/software development
• Design IVR call flows
• Develop IVR applications using Conversational AI tools
• Integrate IVR application with other applications such as Databases, ticketing tools, ACDs
• Develop and integrate Webservices / APIs
• Troubleshoot and fix issues or defects

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with Conversational AI tools like Nuance Mix
• Strong knowledge of Conversational AI development
• Experience in the design/development of IVR applications
• Hands-on development experience on Conversational AI tools such as Nuance mix
• Hands-on experience in conversational UI / call flow design
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and familiarity in monitoring and instrumentation tools
• Experience in Cassandra\SQL and knowledge of DB concepts, integration technologies with other applications
• Experience creating web services
• Should be able to understand business requirements and translate to architecture/software development
