Junior Content Writer

As a Junior Content Writer at ZayZoon, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and informative content tailored to our HR and people ops audience within small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will be responsible for producing a variety of content types, including blogs, white papers, reports, guides, web copy, social media copy, ad copy, scripts, and event collateral. Your primary focus will be on translating our company’s mission and values into compelling narratives that resonate emotionally with our audience while educating the marketplace about Earned Wage Access and its benefits to payroll partners, employers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Generate high-quality, original content across various formats and channels, including blogs, white papers, reports, guides, web copy, social media copy, ad copy, scripts, and event collateral
Market Education: Educate the marketplace about Earned Wage Access and its benefits to payroll partners, employers, and employees through informative and persuasive content
Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and latest developments in HR, payroll, and fintech industries, and incorporate insights into content creation
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align content strategies with business objectives and support integrated marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Candidates must be located in North America to be considered.

We are organized as a remote team, as such we are looking for candidates who can work effectively remotely. You must have access to a secure high speed internet connection and a secure workspace to ensure security of private information. This role is available on a permanently remote basis.
