Medical AI Project Manager

As our Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating our research projects and product developments with our pharmaceutical and academic partners. You’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and ultimately help us bring our life-saving technology to market.

Tasks:

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
  • Coordinate and organize applications for funding from various sources, including government grants.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working with regulatory standards in the medical or software field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
