Product Manager AI

The Product Manager, AI playS a central role in guiding the development and success of Xsolis’ Data Science assets. As Product Manager, AI, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivering Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions end-to-end, including but not limited to solution design, solution development life-cycle, solution implementation, solution launch and demonstration of business value.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our data science models strategic direction, defining roadmaps, and driving success in the healthcare market. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative models that are commercially viable as a stand-alone model and/or embedded within our SaaS workflow solutions. You will leverage a combination of strategic thinking, communication skills, technical understanding, and customer empathy to drive success. You will bring strong technical expertise and experience working on machine learning-powered products, along with a keen strategic product sense and passion for solving problems with a customer-first approach.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Identifying AI opportunities across Xsolis and apply existing AI solutions in new ways to drive innovation.
• Developing and executing a vision, strategy, and roadmap for products based on analytics and AI/ML that drive business outcomes, while considering user feedback, competitive analysis, and business goals.
• Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align investment to business outcomes
• Responsible for management and/or development of AI models, including development of business requirements, planning, business justification, functional design, process, prototyping, testing, training, verification, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and launch at all stages of the model development life cycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Proactively identifying and addressing technical strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across the AI/ML landscape.
• Ensuring adoption of models through realization of value and making improvements and adjustments post-launch.
• Ability to represent Xsolis’ AI assets and capabilities at events and conferences and engaging with customers.

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities):

• BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare challenges, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional understanding of data governance, basic statistics, data structures, and how to manage data as an asset.
• Strong technical sense, with an ability to understand technical problems and solutions, and brings experience deploying modern AI and ML techniques
• Effective stakeholder management experience; maintains strong relationships by involving the right people at the right time throughout the development process
• Clearly articulates customer needs, understands designs of features to inform development, and evaluates how the feature is meeting the needs of the customer and the business to make prioritization decisions and manage tradeoffs
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal. Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative cross-team environment
