Job Description:

Atradius is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Power Platform Engineer with a strong background in Azure and Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Azure cloud services, and AI technologies. You will work on a variety of challenging projects that address complex business problems, drive significant improvements in operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making through advanced analytics and intelligent automation.

As a Senior Power Platform Engineer at Atradius, you will play a critical role in understanding the unique needs of our business and translating those needs into robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Your deep technical expertise and strategic vision will enable you to craft applications and workflows that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights through data visualization and AI-driven analytics.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, IT professionals, and end-users, to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and advisor to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help elevate the overall skill set of the team.

In this role, you will also be responsible for staying abreast of the latest advancements in Power Platform, Azure, and AI technologies and best practices. You will continuously explore new features and functionalities, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation. By doing so, you will help to maintain Atradius’ competitive edge and support the ongoing digital transformation of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps.
• Create automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop interactive dashboards and advanced reports in Power BI.
• Implement intelligent chatbots and customer service solutions with Power Virtual Agents.
• Integrate and utilize Azure services (such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure AI) to enhance Power Platform solutions.
• Leverage AI capabilities, including machine learning and natural language processing, to develop intelligent applications.

Collaboration and Consulting:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and propose efficient solutions.
• Act as an internal consultant for best practices in Power Platform, Azure, and AI utilization.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end users.

Optimization and Improvement:

• Identify continuous improvement and process optimization opportunities.
• Ensure the quality and scalability of developed solutions.
• Implement and manage integrations with other Microsoft and third-party systems and services.

Training and Documentation:

• Develop and conduct training sessions for end users and internal teams.
• Document processes, designs, and implementation procedures clearly and in detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise applications.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and AI technologies.
• Great interpersonal skills and a keen inclination toward collaborative teamwork.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure AI.
• Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies.
• Strong knowledge of development languages such as JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with the latest AI innovations, technology trends and tools.
