What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Engineer with expertise in developing AI applications, specifically focusing on GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) and Language Models (LLM). As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining AI applications to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate credit risks.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative AI applications leveraging GPT and Language Models for MONEYME, with a specific focus on improving operational efficiency and reducing credit risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and domain experts, to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and optimize GPT and Language Model algorithms, models, and architectures to achieve high-quality language generation, understanding, and credit risk analysis.
- Conduct research on the latest GPT and Language Model advancements, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging techniques to continuously improve our AI applications.
- Integrate AI applications with existing systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and address software defects, performance bottlenecks, and data quality issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and refine AI models and solutions based on feedback, performance metrics, and business impact.
- Document software designs, algorithms, and processes, ensuring thorough and accurate technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing AI applications with a focus on GPT, Language Models, and natural language processing.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with experience in relevant frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and architectures, including GPT, LSTM, and Transformer models.
- Experience in developing language generation, understanding, and credit risk analysis solutions using Language Models.
- Proficiency in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
