Senior AI Researcher

Belcan Workforce Solutions are seeking an Senior AI Researcher to join our client’s Cyber Security Innovation team. In this role, you will undertake cutting-edge digital security research and innovation activities. Your ultimate goal will be to develop solutions for business problems that currently lack solutions. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining awareness of best-practice technology trends and commercially available digital security solutions.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior AI Researcher your responsibilities will include supporting external digital security innovation agreements, collaborations, and partnerships by providing specialist subject expertise and industrial/context-of-use guidance. You will be expected to contribute significantly to the transition of innovation knowledge and technologies into the business and digital security operations. This includes representing our client’s digital security at global conferences and events, undertaking state-of-the-art research projects into digital security topics of interest in support of the business, and developing prototype solutions. You will also be responsible for publishing academic articles, technical reports, white papers, and patents.

You will be expected to produce physical prototypes, software, configurations, and technical reports.

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a BSc degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.

Additional professional training/certifications and experience in Cyber Security and digital security experience in a relevant digital security specialist area and experience of research, innovation, and/or solution development.

Excellent Report Writing And Presentation Skills Are Essential:

Some knowledge of Security Architecture, Cyber Forensics and Incident Response, Industrial Control Cyber Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, Cryptography, Security Monitoring, Cyber Risk Management, Secure Software Development would be beneficial.
