Reporting to the General Manager, AI, this role is responsible for leading LogicMonitor’s content marketing efforts for the Edwin AI product portfolio, while also contributing to inbound pipeline creation efforts across all regions. As part of an incubation team within LogicMonitor, you will wear multiple hats and be the chief architect of the content strategy and be responsible for creating compelling content that drives inbound leads, supports pipeline growth and elevates Edwin AI’s market presence.
A Successful Candidate Will Be Strategic, Results-driven, Collaborative, And Comfortable Working With a Large Team Of High-performers Who Thrive In An Environment Of Continuous Innovation. This Individual Will Build And Manage a Complex Framework By Which Data-driven Decisions Fuel LogicMonitor’s Growth, And They Will Have Expertise In Overseeing Broad Capabilities Across The Following Functional Areas
- Integrated Campaign Marketing – inbound lead development (MDRs), ABM, persona-based nurtures, distribution/syndication channels, promotions, launches
- Digital Marketing – collaborate with central Marketing team on organic SEO, paid media (Google AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn, paid social), review sites (Capterra, G2 Crowd, IT Central Station, TrustRadius)

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with Edwin AI’s business goals
- Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
- Optimize content for SEO and lead generation
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to create content that supports campaign objectives
- Ensure consistent quality of planning and execution for demand generation programs that support quarterly pipeline and bookings targets
- Align inbound lead generation channels to drive market interest, buying intent, and pipeline opportunity
- Drive demand gen targets and pipeline forecasts in support of marketing, sales, and company objectives
- Develop content for nurture streams and lead magnets
- Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Support social media efforts for Edwin AI
- Contribute to email marketing campaigns and strategy
- Track and analyze content performance metrics
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve content strategy and execution
- Report on content marketing KPIs and their impact on pipeline and revenue
- Work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance
What You’ll Need:
- 7+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in high-growth B2B tech or SaaS, driving revenue impact
- Proven track record of creating content that drives leads and contributes to pipeline growth
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and IT infrastructure concepts
- Experience with content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and demand generation tactics
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience marketing to IT technology buyers at various levels in a recurring revenue model
- Core understanding of web analytics and conversion rate optimization to drive opportunity prioritization
- Proven success in developing actionable segmentation strategies to drive awareness and lead acquisition efforts
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions with the best available data, and navigate competing priorities
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
