Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions that address complex real-world challenges. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting data processing and analysis, and participating in the entire machine learning model development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning algorithms into our platform.
• Conduct data processing and analysis to improve model performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and NLP, and apply this knowledge to improve our product.
• Participate in the entire model development lifecycle, from research and experimentation to deployment and optimization.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• From 06 years of experience in related fields with proven experience in machine learning, particularly with Large Language Models like GPT-3, Llama-2, BERT, or similar technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
