Senior Manager, AI and ML

The Senior Manager, AI & ML is a strategic role in the IT organization, reporting to the Senior Director, Data, Analytics & AI. This role is not only responsible for technical design and solutions of our internally built AI/ML solutions but also acts as a liaison between technology and business units playing a Technical Product Owner (TPO) role for AI.

What you will do:

• Serve as AI/ML technical practice leader / Technical Product Owner for our AI/ML Platform and services
• Partner with Transformation office to deliver key AI-driven solutions and facilitate collaboration between BUs, data scientists and IT Professionals
• Formulate and oversee AI Technical Roadmap Development and ML Operations
• Oversee the process of productionizing our internally built AI solutions and handover to our D&A AMS team

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in designing, leading and deploying AI projects in a corporate setting.
• Strong technical background in AI technologies, advanced data science and mathematical skills.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing machine learning models at scale
• Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Agile methodologies, etc.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
