Senior Product Manager (AI)

What role will you play?

As a product leader reporting to the Digital Head of Data and AI, you will help shape and enable a portfolio of internally facing Generative AI products. You will use your thought leadership, influencing and relationship building skills with senior stakeholders to develop and communicate the investment case, product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Corporate Operations Group and Enterprise AI portfolio, including both SaaS and custom built AI apps.

You will also manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, including human centred design, user testing, prototyping, validation, and iteration. You will also partner closely with our project delivery and tech teams that own various resources.

What You Offer:

  • 7 years + experience in shaping, prioritising and delivering innovative digital products and services that solve real-world problems and create value for customers and stakeholders, ideally some of these will have been related to data or AI
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and represent the views of senior business stakeholders while also leading, shaping, and inspiring cross functional teams
  • Previous experience operating in a global and highly regulated environment
  • Deep understanding and vision based on the familiarity with the AI landscape, trends, technologies, and best practices, as well as the and its challenges and opportunities
  • Experience as a product leader in an agile environment, tracking key performance indicators and success metrics for products and services.
