Senior Project Manager – AI

The Opportunity:

In this varied and interesting role as a Senior Project Manager specialising in AI, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating milestones for both clients and corporate initiatives.

Collaborating closely with our product and leadership teams, as the Senior Project Manager, you will ensure the timely completion of key deliverables and undertake workforce planning activities.

This is a hybrid opportunity, offering flexibility in location, with options to work from either our Leiden, Netherlands, or Cambridge, UK office. The successful candidate will be expected to be present in either office for 3 days a week.

Role responsibilities:

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

  • Support managers in translating goals into actionable plans, milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment of priorities to maintain adherence to desired scope, schedule, and quality standards. This includes:
  • Assessing and reporting risks, and providing suggestions to mitigate them.
  • Planning capacity to optimise resource allocation.
  • Establishing and maintaining processes to expedite the delivery of project outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports on project progress relative to strategic goals.
  • Manage the product delivery roadmap to ensure timely and effective implementation of key initiatives.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager including experience managing software projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing senior-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools, preferably Jira, or equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, or exposure to Life Sciences/Healthcare/AI.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience and readiness to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach towards problem-solving to keep things simple with a pragmatic approach and mindset.
  • Project-oriented, driven by a commitment to quality and passion in the work at hand.
  • Willing to work 3 days per week in the Leiden office.
