Sr AI Engineer

What Will Yo Do:

• Optimize & enhance existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define AI project use cases, requirements, and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Production technical support to business teams on existing AI models (Generative AI, Automations Workflows)
• Develops clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI and related concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contributes to the establishment of best practices and standards for AI development within the organization.
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and explaining technical issues and approaches to a non-technical audience.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to other team members.
• Creates and delivers end-user training and documentation and provides second-line support to other users.
