Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished AI Consulting Leader with experience in business consulting and transformation. The ideal candidate will bring an exceptional background in technology, strategy, and consulting, cultivated through tenure at renowned global consulting firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI/Gen AI Expertise: Demonstrate a profound understanding of AI/Gen AI ecosystems and technologies, showcasing how they can be strategically employed to drive impactful business outcomes.
  • Adoption Strategy: Leverage proven experience to assist companies in planning and managing the adoption of artificial intelligence, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
  • Transformation Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of scaled transformation programs, managing all aspects from initiation to completion, while ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.
  • C-Level Collaboration: Engage effectively with C-level clients from Fortune 1000 brands, collaborating to define the ‘art of the possible’ within AI contexts. Provide strategic insights to shape and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the enterprise.
  • Leadership: Display strong leadership capabilities, inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving ambitious goals. Demonstrate an ability to attract and nurture market-leading talent within the organization.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in business consulting and transformation, with a focus on technology and strategy. Proven track record in global consulting firms is highly desirable.
  • AI/Gen AI Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of AI/Gen AI ecosystems, technologies, and their practical applications in driving business success.
  • Client Management: Extensive experience working directly with C-level clients from Fortune 1000 brands, demonstrating effective communication and the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with a track record of attracting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
