Responsibilities:

As an AI Developer, you play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions to solve complex problems. Your expertise will see you creating innovative AI models and algorithms using emerging technologies to create transformative solutions.

• Create novel machine learning models and algorithms that address specific business challenges
• Leverage your understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and other AI techniques to build accurate and reliable systems
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Use statistical methods to preprocess and clean data for model training
• Develop high-performance algorithms that can handle large-scale data efficiently
• Optimize existing AI systems for speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Collaborate with software developers to seamlessly integrate AI models into broader software applications
• Ensure that AI components align with overall system architecture
• Work closely with other areas of the tech teams, and internal & external customers
• Understand project requirements and translate them into viable AI solutions
• Stay informed about AI-related legal and ethical guidelines
• Advise on best practices to ensure compliance and responsible AI usage

Desired Skills, Qualifications And Competencies Include:

• Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
• Expert in languages such as Python, Java and C++
• Expertise with generative AI, large language models (ChatGPT, llama2, etc) general machine learning foundations, or other closely related AI specializations
• Proven experience in using AI frameworks
• Proficiency in data analysis and model training is essential
• Collaborative and logical thinker who looks for solutions to problems

The IREN Package:

• Salary from: $110,000 (increases depending on experience)
