The role:

As an AI Engineer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for our organization’s AI-focused initiatives, unlocking the full potential of artificial intelligence to create transformative solutions for our business opportunities. With your expertise in generative AI, you and your team will lead the charge in crafting cutting-edge AI strategies and solutions. You will be pivotal in defining how we apply AI solutions to business problems. We want to deeply integrate AI across our organization, drive innovation and ensure that AI is a clear part of our business strategy.

You will be reporting to our CTO and Head of AI Product.

Who You Are:

You are an experienced and driven software engineer who has been part of the generative AI wave, and both experimented with and shipped applications to real users. Complex challenges do not deter you; they intrigue you. You tackle them methodically, finding practical solutions that truly make a difference.

You prefer working in a team with developers, designers and product managers and deeply collaborate with your team rather than working from specifications. You communicate effectively and can discuss the pros and cons of different options in constructive ways.

As the AI field is moving forward at enormous speed, you are constantly following tech news for interesting developments that you can use to solve business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in generative AI, actively following open-source projects and explore innovative AI technologies that can benefit the organization.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of AI solutions to stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize AI models and algorithms for efficiency and scalability.
• Document architecture designs, algorithms, and best practices for knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to AI ambassadors in the organization, fostering their growth, development, and contribution to AI use in their respective departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience with generative AI.
• Please provide sources to your work in your application – You will be asked to demo your experience in the interview process
• Interest in both open-source AI frameworks, libraries as well as closed-source projects, having contributed is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques, frameworks, big data, and programming languages.
• Proficiency in Swedish

Location:

We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. The product development team you will work with is in Stockholm, and the ability to spend face-to-face time with them is important
