As an AI Engineer with expertise in developing and implementing core algorithms and NLP solutions. You’ll be responsible for designing, optimizing, and deploying innovative algorithms that power our AI systems, contributing to the advancement of our solutions.

What will you be doing as an AI Engineer at iOLAP?
- Research, design, and develop core AI algorithms to enhance system capabilities
- Create and implement NLP models
- Optimize algorithms for scalability, performance, and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning
Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Familiarity with neural networks, data structures, and algorithm design
- Experience with NLP and reinforcement learning (building GPTS, calling functions, fine tuning)
- Experience with large language models and frameworks for building with LLMs (Langchain, LlamaIndex)
- Previous experience in deploying AI solutions at scale
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in applying mathematical principles to analyze, model, and solve complex problems
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with NLP frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Transformers)
- Experience with developing custom large language models
