AI Engineering Manager

Collaborate with various product team members and help to define AI product specifications and expected outcomes
Lead and organize the team to meet AI product and technical roadmaps and commitments to ensure that they deliver the highest value
Resolve conflicts and dependencies impacting the team of delivering product in time
Plan and allocate resources in team to meet expectations on medium and long-term AI roadmaps
Facilitate development and knowledge sharing processes, personal growth within the team
Continuously improve how the team functions and delivers software.
Lead design session for AI Projects, participate in code reviews and have the ability to mentor engineers at a technical level

Education Requirements: Masters degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or closely related.
Experience Requirements: minimum 4 years as an engineering manager, 10 years in AI/ML in total
Special skills requirements:
Experience working with VoIP communications
Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural language processing (NLP) with the application of mathematics
Experience collaborating with various product team members and help to define AI product specifications and expected outcomes
Experience leading and organizing a team to meet AI product and technical roadmaps and commitments to ensure that they deliver the highest value
Experience planning and allocating resources in team to meet expectations on medium and long-term AI roadmaps

Experience evaluating different algorithmic approaches to solve product use cases
Experience building solutions according to market regulations
