AI Operations Leader

The Chief AI Office at ADI is seeking to hire the role of AI Operations Leader. Reporting to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, this strategic role involves supporting our Chief AI Officer (CAIO) in driving our company’s AI initiatives. This role will play a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration, managing complex processes, driving strategic initiatives and building high-performing teams. You will demonstrate speed, agility and come from an agile environment. You’re someone who can think big, see beyond what is right in front of you and work to drive the needs of a fast evolving AI environment.

Role Profile & Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with AI Staff: Works closely with our AI research and development teams to align their efforts with the overall company strategy. Facilitates communication, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that AI projects stay on track.
- Strategic Decision Making: Assists the CAIO in making high-level decisions related to AI investments, partnerships, and resource allocation. Analyzes data, provide insights, and contribute to shaping our AI roadmap.
- Process Management: Manages complex processes, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency. Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement best practices.
- Recruitment and Talent Development: Collaborates with HR & Talent functions to attract top AI talent. Participates in interviews, assess candidates, and onboard new team members.
- Communication Skills: Serves as a bridge between the CAIO, other executives and internal/external stakeholders. Prepares executive briefings, presentations, and reports. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within AI or technology companies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in team building and talent development.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $165,945 to $236,153.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
