The Marketing Transformation Team is a strategic collective of practitioners in strategy & consulting, marketing technology and content strategy. The team is at the forefront of our most strategic and AI enabled solutions collaborating closely with clients to enable the creation and delivery of content experiences at scale.
What does an AI Solutions Consultant do at Hogarth?
The AI Solutions Consultant is a hands-on role responsible for understanding client needs with a view to identifying & implementing appropriate solutions that primarily consider artificial intelligence at the core. Working with clients as well as Hogarth subject matter experts, you can expect to be translating their business challenges into actionable AI projects specifically intended to deliver exceptional content experiences – while ensuring seamless execution to a high degree of effectiveness – based on the objectives & key results expected from projects. You can expect to be working with technology from partners like Adobe, Nvidia, Microsoft, Google to name a few!
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
You will work closely with Client, Hogarth & WPP delivery teams and sponsors.
The AI Solutions Consultant sits within the Marketing Transformation Consultancy team in the UK while working with our global offices.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify areas where AI can add value and solve business problems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and propose tailored AI solutions.
- Oversee AI solution implementation, managing timelines, budgets, quality and resource allocation.
- Work with internal teams (MarTech, Data Science) & external partners for effective delivery.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders regarding progress and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and evaluate implemented AI solutions, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement.
- Document and share best practices, case studies and lessons learned to enhance team knowledge.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the agency landscape to drive AI adoption.
- Share your strong understanding of client business objectives and how AI can drive value.
Requirements:
- Experience in a client-facing role, typically with stakeholders at Director to C-Suite level, preferably within the technology or consulting space.
- Strong understanding of Technology & Data with a lens on AI concepts & machine learning, platform delivery methodologies and potential business applications especially in the context of content production e.g. automated asset tagging, virtual product twins, etc
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide project teams towards the goal ensuring the end vision, objectives and key results are achieved.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for clients.
- Ability to educate on data governance and the use of AI responsibly with the intention to influence change.
- Project management skills and experience in overseeing solution implementation within an environment of digital transformation.
- Problem-solving mindset and a passion for finding innovative solutions.
- Passion for data backed measurable insights determining the success criteria of projects & implementation programmes. As an example indicators like “speed to market”, “engagement levels with end users”, “Marketing return on investment” as success criteria to determine project implementation milestones.
- Ability to work independently and driven to hold yourself and teams accountable.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience of running projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, KANBAN) with an industry certification being desirable.
