Technical Solutions Consultant

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements, understand the underlying business data processes, identify technical challenges and develop solutions to address those.
  • Configure and customise the Store Intelligence platform to meet client-specific needs and objectives. Working with the product/technical teams to translate the customer business needs into product design and development specifications
  • Lead technical implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct system integration and testing to ensure smooth interoperability with client systems and third-party applications.
  • Evaluate system performance and monitoring related system index to ensure solution stability. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and documentation to empower clients to effectively utilise and maximise the value of our solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices for leveraging AI-powered technologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer success to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry, preferably with exposure to AI projects or other technology implementations.
  • Strong proficiency in configuring and customising SaaS and other enterprise software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of retail operations and processes, particularly in-store operations, and customer experience management.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) to client sites regionally and internationally.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
