Data Science AI & GenAI Trainer

Your role:

• Participate in corporate upskilling for Data Science and Generative AI by co-designing learning paths; creating and curating didactic materials; and teaching and evaluating students across our many international unities.
• Support and execute a diverse array of use cases across all departments and subsidiaries of our bank leveraging your expertise in AI and generative AI.
• Act as the vital link between business experts, IT, and Advanced Analytics & AI, integrating both traditional machine learning and generative AI methods into broader business strategies and technical solutions.
• Utilize state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure (end-to-end data science framework on AWS using Databricks), ensuring the effective application and generating reusable solutions for AI and generative AI.
• Translate data analysis findings and research results into actionable steps, highlighting the implications and benefits of both traditional machine learning and generative AI.
• Creatively visualize and report data findings, emphasizing the unique insights provided by both classic machine learning and generative AI, in a variety of visual formats.

Your core competencies:

• You have deep understanding of Data Science and AI, ideally in the financial services sector.
• You have experience as a trainer of both classic machine learning techniques and the application of generative AI (e. g. at the university or as freelance trainer).
• Experience in creating documentation for technicians and non-technicians, developing training material is a must.
• You have understanding of OOP, preferably in Python, and familiarity with popular machine learning libraries equip you to handle diverse data science tasks.
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy exploring new ideas and techniques.
