Gen AI Specialist

As a General AI Services Developer, you will play a crucial role in turning our vision of being a one-stop DCI Gen AI hub into reality. You will be instrumental in developing Proof of Concepts (POCs), conducting R&D, performing market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce scalable, easy-to-use, and best-in-class AI modules that accelerate our Digital Go-To-Market (G2M) ecosystem. In your new role you will:

  • Collaborate with the Lead AI Architect to ideate, design, and develop POCs and pilot projects for AI-driven solutions.
  • Conduct R&D activities to innovate and integrate the latest AI technologies into our service offerings.
  • Perform thorough market research to stay abreast of cutting-edge AI trends and market needs, ensuring our services are aligned with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Work alongside business, development, governance, legal, and business continuity planning partners to prioritize and develop the Gen AI Toolbox, utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Assist in the strategic decision-making process regarding the build, buy, or repurpose options for AI services based on the pipeline requirements.
  • Participate in the calibration of AI functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in line with the latest market trends.
  • Engage in active dialogue with cross-functional teams to ensure that developed AI services integrate smoothly into the existing G2M ecosystems.
  • Document and report findings, outcomes, and progress, maintaining a clear and comprehensive record of R&D initiatives.
  • Provide technical insight during team meetings and contribute to the creation of a knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement, enhancing personal skills while contributing to the team’s knowledge base.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI/ML development, including POCs, prototypes, and deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Openshift, DataIKU, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in the AI space.
